Keeping an eye on Watford today but watching Palace v West Brom

Palace have a squad worth hundreds of millions, they're safe in the league,at home against a newly promoted team, second from bottom managed by Sam Allardyce and they have every man behind the ball and have no interest at all in anything other that defending deep and playing for set pieces. Absolutely dire, Palace encapsulate everything wrong with the modern PL, I couldn't imagine watching this dross every week.

I was mistaken earlier on by thinking that it was Watford that had been relegated at the expense of VAR's disallowance of Sheff U's goal against Villa but it was actually Bournemouth and now it seems as though Bournemouth will struggle to get back up and Villa will  be, as they already are, well clear of the drop zone this season.

Watched Brentford last night.  Tom had a bit of a 'mare by giving the ball away for the penalty.  He played pretty well otherwise before getting hooked off though.

Bournemouth winning need which is good as additional incentive when they play Swans Tues.  Barnsley win would be good for them but noone to play in promotion race to play.  Would like to see a Cardiff win but whatever happens today next Saturday at Swans, Cardiff need no incentive will want revenge for first derby.  Can do with Watford losing points.  Forest just scored opener but Reading not in the automatic race.

What a poor standard league one is...other than maybe Hull, nobody can string any results together. As poor as Ipswich have been for the most past this season, theyre now in a playoff place...and more ridiculously, they could even still get an automatic spot

Thankfuly even if they go up with the squad they have they will be next seasons Wycombe in the championship and that will be amusing

Agent Morris just might have - whilst not mathematically - made it clear that we're in the play-offs if results stay as they are. 20 points behind with 11 games left - can't see all the teams pulling that off.

If I was a Cardiff fan I'd never want that keeper wearing the shirt again, what the hell was he doing???

What a bad weekend of results....

No such thing anymore, it matters not a jot what any other team does.
