Ipswich fans are feeling hopeful and joyous

Recommended Posts

Is it asking too much that the Ipswich fans keep forcing Evans to ditch managers only to recruit worse ones.

Is this the next episode of be careful what you wish for?2123970560_OhGod.jpg.87c31466273b5cf4b38452cdaed4b2da.jpg

Cook's a decent manager, wouldn't be surprised if he gets them up next season. But then again, Paul Hurst looked good on paper... here's hoping that the slide continues!

Cook is a scouser so won't me much different in Lambert in  you won't be able to understand a word they are saying.

Agent Cook has started off excellently, bringing to an end 3 successive victories with a convincing defeat.

I just hope he doesn't blow his cover too early.

Seriously?

Is this like a £50 starter question on who wants to be a millionaire.

If you don't know you don't know, so I ask the audience

Still can't quite believe anyone creating a football fan forum would come up with an acronym like "TWTD". Mad.

Leeds created one that is even worse imo (WACCOE)

Ipswich fans are like those people who hop from cult to cult. Each new manager is the Messiah, until the chronic lack of investment catches up with them and then he is the devil incarnate.

In case you missed it:
TWTD = Those were the days.
WACCOE = We Are Champions. Champions of Europe (!)

Looking like they might get the result of the season with a 1-1 against Lincoln. Must be worth another star, surely?

I agree re. Leeds, they never were, hence the exclamation mark, however, Ipswich really did have days that they could reminisce about

Another team living in the past. I would have never guessed what WACCOE stood for
