To perform an extremely complex operation to remove Ivan Toney from Grant Hanley's pocket.

Several others in there as well. Could get messy

Hanley has been impressive this season. We do look much more solid than our previous promotion season.

Top, top defender and the fact he's staying (when we are no doubt losing Skipp and possibly Emi) is a massive boost. One of our best centrebacks of recent years?

He’s added nice skill to his assets too this season. Big test coming after promotion but definitely improved immensely.

Toney looked very confused after the first 10 minutes. Is a centre back allowed to outplay him? Should there not be an enquiry into how Brentford's best player in the world was allowed to not score 7 goals against a team which is toothless in attack?

I thought the surgeons were needed more for Canos' legs? There surely must be something wrong with them? Open goal.... fall over for no apparent reason.

Hanley's showing what he can do now he's had a stretch without injuries. He's the fearless brick ****house at the back we needed. The fact he's got a very underrated turn of pace over short distances makes him even better - he's hard to get past on the ground, and we know he's excellent in the air.

Wish he'd score a few more on attacking corners. He's really good at getting on the end of them, but it's that bit between his head and the goal (or usually just over or past it) where the problems start.

Much improved. With the ball he is so much better than three years ago, testament to his desire to improve and the work done behind the scenes with all the players - Tettey is noticeably better on the ball too. Credit all round.
