Andy G 10 Posted February 24, 2021 The talk is that the NHS app itself could be used as proof of Vaccination, so would require another NHS app download (although i already have it). Not sure how this would work for those without smartphone, guess they would need to show a physical card or something. A young Asian was interviewed on Radio 5 and was asked if it was for religious reasons. He replied that they are simply stupid. Many will argue that this is discriminatory. However employers have a duty of care to their employees to offer a safe working environment so the courts might well rule such contracts as valid.
