It could be a regular thing

A socially distanced fight in the car park.

Small admin fee for CSF. Winner winner.

Count me in, as long as there is a rule that no punches to the face or kicks to the balls.

I have my modelling career to think about you know 😬

He sounds like a top bloke Keelan. Imagine how much he would have loved all of the current situation. 👍

Can imagine telling him that some footballers earn £500K a week. Martin Peters had only just gone to Spurs for £200K transfer fee a British record.

I think he would have loved our style of play. And being able to afford a seat!

How does the block button work?

If someone blocks you do you not see any of their content IE.threads started or responses?

Or can you just not respond to them?

You don't see what they've posted unless someone else quotes them.

I've started blocking now, two more added last night.

Trouble if everyone does it then there won't be a forum, but it has been a bit **** on here this season. Put it down to lockdown I suppose.

Block means you don't see their posts. You can also choose to not see any posts they are quoted in if you want to. I've got a few people on block and it improves my enjoyment of the forum to be honest.

I am surprised Sports Desk Pete upset you so much you felt the need to take draconian action...🤓

Means you don't get to see the posts and therefore miss out on the endless drivel, paranoia and lectures that people give out on here.

The problem is if someone quotes a comment then it does appear so every now and then I get to see the odd Oh Dear followed by the lecture followed by the accusation that someone has 400 different logins 😆

So if you can all stop quoting that would be appreciated 😉

I think I know who you are referring to 🤣🤣🤣

Sports Desk Pete sounds a bit too athletic for the carpark dust up, we will have none of that mullarky there.

Just old codgers allowed!

Makes me wonder if SDP has a nice old school wooden, traditional one, that he sits behind, or a more modern one. Obv not when WFH, different rules apply .

Not if its my blood being spilt. Its against my religion. I'm a devout coward.

For those that done wish to physically partake in the socially distance dust up, perhaps they could bring fruit and veg from their allotments to sell. Hopefully not throw at the (ill use the word loosely) competitors!

No way am I getting involved with a dust up with SDP. I reckon he’s a fit lad , with a useful jab. I’m more your “poke him in the eye and leg it” type scrapper . At least I was last time I had a bundle about 45 years ago.

You missed last night when it appears someone has the ability to know when two posters have an exchange of private messages in an attempt to stir it up on a thread. 😂

Blimey Tilly - thought the police had turned up to break up the old duffers socially distanced car park dust up then.

Phew - nothing here to see in that regard!

Swindo was okay and would join in on things like Ray's Funds etc. that's why I was a bit saddened he'd turned into such a troll. Moyo was just as annoying on football matters.😀

After his delusional love for Cody McDonald expired he seemed to calm down a bit - it was like Kathy Bates in Misery
