pete 371 Posted February 2, 2021 7 goals conceded by Wycombe on Saturday was certainly a thrashing but will this influence Brentfords opponents to shut up shop to avoid a drubbing. We have had a slew of clubs facing City at Carrow Road parking the bus and requiring City to break them down a number who have succeded. But an 18 match unbeaten Brentford run may just lead to clubs shutting up shop at home. Starting on Saturday to the arch spoilers Middlesborough come on Colin do your stuff. Maybe this is straw clutching. But looking at Brentfords result earlier in the season Brentford have been held by Wycombe (A), Derby, Blackburn and Middlesborough at home. Hopefully this may be the case going forward however expect City to continue to be frustrated starting tonight at Millwall we must find a way.
AJ 1,358 Posted February 2, 2021 Norwich need to learn to deal with it, we've managed so far this season and whether it was fatigue or what, 'Boro were very well organised against us but we still had enough quality to create stuff. In truth, if Vrancic had finished and we'd won 1-0 we'd have been happy as pie so I wouldn't worry too much
