Trying not to be too negative but Bournemouth do seem to be getting quite a lot of fortune at the moment. They haven’t really had too many injuries to contend with and they are nicking wins when not playing brilliantly. You do get the sense that anyone who finishes above them will be pretty certain of going up.

On the showing of the first 45 Bournemouth are nothing special.

Millwall gave as good as they got, missed the chance of the game and are unlucky to be behind.

The co-commentator is a bit of a **** Van ****, totally biased and thinks Begovic the best 'keeper in the league.

I agree. Millwall had a lot more shots first half , although Bournemouth had lions share of possession. Their lack of injuries seems almost freakish compared to ours .

Stanislas forced off after a challenge from a Millwall player. Not the kind of player they want to be losing to injury...

Marvellous. 2 points dropped by Bournemouth.

They’re not very happy on the Up the Cherries Forum . Both of them .

That’s still double compared to NorwichTalk.

Having games in hand isn’t always as great as some people think. If a team around you does well prior to your fixture, there’s a lot of pressure on you because effectively you have to win your game in hand in order to catch up.

Exactly. Brentford could be 9 points behind if we do the business Saturday, and with a fixture pile up too. That adds pressure. A lot to be said for points on the board.

Brentford were supposed to be playing their game in hand tomorrow night but that along with their Saturday fixture has now been postponed so yes, more fixtures crammed together. I have big doubts on us for Saturday though as despite having served his isolation period, I fear Krul isn’t going to be fit to play.

Only speaking from my experience with Covid, I think to be back for Saturday will be a big ask for Tim given it sounds like he had it quite rough last week. At least Barden has shown he can step up, and he will surely be brimming with confidence after his great all round performance on Saturday. So not panicked if it comes down to that - he looks a really talented all round ‘keeper.

Bournemouth fan is consoling other Bournemouth fans by saying that Millwall beat Norwich earlier this season to put tonight’s draw into perspective.

Funny that, I could have sworn we played out a draw with them at Carrow Rd, keeping a clean sheet whilst absolutely battering them in the process. How they got away with a draw that day I’ll never know.

Bournemouth continue to prove this season that they draw way too many games, and for that reason I think they’ll be playoffs rather than automatics. For all the criticisms that we often only win by a single goal margin, the big difference is that we nearly always find a way to make 1 point into 3, and that so far is the reason we’re top, and the reason they’re not.

I agree, but with Sean Morrison and Kiefer Moore to deal with we have to hope that Gibson and Hanley give him some serious protection.

February will stretch a lot of squads, with almost all clubs having around 9 games in four weeks as the fixture list has been squeezed into less time

No club can know who will be injured, but every club knows who they have as ''back up'

We have seen a number of our squad players fill in, and look up to the mark.

With Idah, Onel, Dowell and Rupp back soon we certainly have plenty of depth available, not to mention the emergence of Mumba, Omobamidele and McAlear

Get the open top bus cleaned and ready 😊

Its Brentford we need to worry about... and they have a game in hand.

Re the open-top bus, can I register my willingness now to volunteer to push it.

Bill - As someone who has criticised our play-style in recent weeks, can I please get your thoughts on Bournemouth retaining 65% possession against Millwall but only managing 6 shots across the entire 90 minutes, with a measly 2 on target? Whilst at the other end Millwall created 15 shooting opportunities and 6 on target.

Do we still have a ponderous / one dimensional play-style? Or could it in fact be that all clubs sometimes struggle against teams which are happy to sit back and concede possession?
