Meaning if PL pulls a rabbit out of the hat and manages relegation this season, and keeps going, they could be demoted to whatever is below level 14 as soon as 2032.  That might be as good a time as any to quit. Alternatively, they might carry on into the abyss for as long as the levels don’t run out.
