I ruled out Wilbraham because I knew he spent more than a season with us! It obviously wasn't Barnett because it said striker, I knew it wasn't Morison because he had two memorable seasons with us, one when he looked decent and scored plenty and then another when he looked absolutely woeful. I couldn't remember how long Vaughan had been with us and had no idea whether he was an assistant manager at League One level currently, but having employed the Sherlock Holmes maxim of eliminating the impossible then whatever remains however improbable, is the truth. So I was punished for knowing Wilbraham was here more than one season! Although you could say I deserved it for not knowing that Vaughan wasn't a coach. You could also argue that he was at Norwich more than one season, as he was contracted to us for two but the second one of those was spent entirely at Huddersfield, so he was only really at Norwich for one season.
