lake district canary 4,519 Posted December 31, 2020 Ok, I know, non footballing, but how about people make a resolution not to use or say "would of"? It's meaningless and should be "would have" or "would've". Have a good evening and a Happy New Year you filthy animals! 🙂

Mullet 293 Posted December 31, 2020 (edited) My hope for the new year is that we could all stop slagging each other off, or as Dire Straits would say "We're fools to make war with our brothers in arms" https://www.youtube.com/watch?V=NVyhoijrikk Edited December 31, 2020 by Mullet

There is something special about a good pub on NYE. I've already consumed a whole bottle of Asti (Rock and Roll here) which wouldn't happen on a night out . Guinness at home just doesn't have the same appeal as a pub 🙂 All the best

......and Smith must score. 1,311 Posted December 31, 2020 Jools Holland must be in line for a record audience tonight for his Hootennay. Must have been fun trying to record it with social distancing and most of the audience half cut 😀
Herman 9,585 Posted December 31, 2020 May I be the first to wish a big, giant **** off to 2020. What a horrible bloody year.🤬 Anyway onwards and upwards. Roll on the vaccine and hope we can all start living normally. And may I say as a grumpy old **** I am glad we all, friend and foe on here, got through 2020 relatively unscathed and can carry on laughing/shouting at/with each other in 2021. 👍 2
