Not a “we should look at signing him”

more of a “we haven’t got any chance of signing this lad”

good player at 17, massive future ahead for him. Watch your back Todd!

Low centre of gravity player. They always shine ... Maradonna was one of those and there's been a few others.

No doubt the big six have their cheque books ready for a January swoop.

Nothing is more obvious. I hadn't even heard of him until today.

He's on loan from Liverpool, who bought him from Leeds I believe

When a player that young stands out that clearly, while playing in midfield; then he will be a very good player. Providing his attitude is correct, he avoids injury and has a certain level of intelligence. The last players to do that in the Championship were Maddison and Mount. Good luck to the lad.

Apparently quite an unpleasant 'fellow' though! Check out some of his back history on social media. Yet, he is 17 and probably has a lot of growing up to do.

As for his goal it was very skillful.

Although you really wouldn't think so given the grief that Todd Cantwell gets for it from some morons on here and in other places.....

Think he had to apologise for a post or a video he made about Harry Kane.

Yeh, more so the language he used to in his video which caused the most offence. As I stated it's about him growing up, learning about the world. Sometimes that's easy for folk, for others it isn't (perhaps like that youngster we took on loan from Spurs with "an attitude"). He did apologise profusely (not just about Kane but for the wider implications of the terms used which I'm not repeating here) so that is a positive.

No doubt we will hear about this lad in future years, he is some talent.

My information about him came from an Everton supporter, otherwise I wouldn't have known much if his back story...so I'm guessing there may not be much love lost.
