Max Aarons appreciation thread

What a cracking servant to this club this young man has been. Barcelona come calling, Norwich say no and if you didn’t know you wouldn’t know with the effort he still puts in.

Look forward to following his career in the future and hope he gets everything he deserves. (Hope he signs another improved contract very soon)

Looks like a full seasoned pro now which is weird because I still think of him as a young lad!

First name in the team sheet, one of the best young players we’ve every produced. A pleasure to watch him play every time. Just Class.

Promotion might let us once again get some new contacts with our star players. We’ll have more money to throw their way and the promise of week in week out top-level football.

There will have to be some discussions about next steps at the same time. Something along the lines of: Give us a year in the prem to confirm how good you are, then can move on to being first choice at a really big club. Potentially even release clauses? Not something massive in British football but Webber isn’t afraid to make uncompromising decisions.

So pleased to see Max play well though. Thought against Coventry the game looked too easy for him. A little complacent.
