The yellow card was a very poor decision from the Ref.

OK it was a shirt pull, but their guy went down like he was diving into the pool about to do 200 meters crawl. It certainly was no reflection of the strength of the shirt pull

Poor first half.  Main thoughts are that we seem to be playing with a passenger in Stiepi, who just isn’t in the game; and the floodlights are dreadful - just one of ours would surely outshine theirs.

Hopefully we can up it enough to get back in terms and then manage things - getting a point given our injuries would for me be considered a good result.

I think as long as we don’t concede another soft goal that we can win this. I would actually give it 15 then bring Vrancic and the young striker on for Placheta and stipermann and push martin and Buendia back out wider. Might as well get someone with some legs to run a channel atleast for 25-30 mins and free up some space for our only 2 players likely to score I.e. Mario and Emi.

I agree sorenson has started to struggle a little but we have no options so we need him to improve.
