Better out than in. That's what my old man used to say about trumps.

What will people have to complain about if we carry on like this? Will no one think of the posters!?

Farke will have to pick Cantwell so people can have a go at his hair/gloves/face/breathing...

Let’s not get carried away, we nicked it thanks to Krull, Steipermann scored but was awful in his control and passing most game! Much rather Vrancic or Cantwell started after the International break.

Great three points and good to see that Mumba, Sorensen and others are all more than capable of looking very good at this level.

As I said. The team had to be patient.

Unlike the pantwetters on here criticising every bloody thing.

You said Buendia was a 'one season wonder' and Pukki was a 'busted flush'.

I am going to keep reminding you until you stop having needless goes at posters in EVERY SINGLE post.

Agreed we probably had more of the ball but did not manage to create as many chances as Swansea did. Another day that's a draw easily and Swansea will definitely feel they should've nicked it.

Also agree RE Steipermann, fortunately one of the only good touches he had in the game was a VERY good one.. Not sure it would've been a game for Vrancic however.

McLean was good first half but a bit quiet in the second.

Thought Josh Martin also looked good and made an impact when he came on..

He and Mumba gave us what we have been lacking so far this season in most games and that's energy and a desire to want to attack quickly.

Thought McClean and Hanley were outstanding today, not my favourite players but did superb job today.

Too late.

We won. We won it without being at our best, with a lot of injuries and some sloppy play. But we weren’t punished against one of the so called stronger teams in the league. We have yet another really promising youngster coming through. Pukki looked relaxed and confident. Krul is the best keeper there has ever been and we kept another clean sheet.

Oh, and in Farke I trust. Got it spot on today and made a match changing substitution.

What’s not to get carried away about?

Paul Merson just said Jamal Lewis had 2 chances for us today that on any other day would have gone in and it’s hard to argue with that tbf #BigBrain

IMO, we haven't got going yet and yet we prevail. Sometimes it pays to just hang in there and keep close to your rivals. Flashes showed us today that we can still dominate anyone in this league. We just need to take more chances.

Pundits keep saying that this league is wide open. Well that means a team can put a run together and create a gap. That could well be us. Why not.

We’re 7 unbeaten now so not a bad run KG, but you’re right come back with a couple wins and a draw after the internationals and that’s ten games with probably top spot.

Still haven’t seen us out of 3rd gear this season but yet here we are!

Did have to laugh, for anyone who chose the Swansea commentary over our own, they were most complimentary about us on the whole and said a draw was a fair result... until we scored and the mood changed, then Swansea were hard done by and they should have come away with all 3!

Our keeper is of a higher level than their forwards, which is one of the reasons why we won - and they didn’t.

Decent side though Swansea, they look quite capable of finishing top 6 for sure, but I don’t think they saw us at our best - we are capable of much more.
