Jersey Canary 180 Posted October 7, 2020 I wonder if Norwich will send him out on loan now he’s made a great impact in the EFL Trophy. If he can get in at Div 2 for a season will really boost his development I would have thought and who knows we might have another new gem on our hands. Jersey Canary 180 Posted October 7, 2020 Actually I’m wondering if some of the other youngsters will be going out on loan as well such as Hondermark and Dennis? That’ll really fast forward their progress I would have thought.
cambridgeshire canary 7,798 Posted October 7, 2020 One good game doesnt make a season. Lets see if he keeps it up for the rest of the season then make our minds up
Yellow and Green 352 Posted October 7, 2020 A lot of the u23 players are around 18 y/o, so they are already playing above their level. It's mainly the older ones (Bushiri, Famewo, etc) that have gone out. We also seem to have quite a good team, so it will be good to see them stay together and be competitive. Bethnal Yellow and Green 2,424 Posted October 7, 2020 Worth noting that in the game against Newport they had two 16 year olds playing and only 1 regular starter in their team. There may be a couple of loans out of the U23s, but at 18 there is no rush to get Omotoye out as he may be served better using the excellent facilities at Norwich rather than some substandard ones in League Two.
