JB 115 Posted September 19, 2020 Quality of the stream is awful today. 80mb broadband Ethernet connection but wants to buffer every 3 seconds. 21st century supposedly.

GenerationA47 747 Posted September 19, 2020 (edited) Embarrassed that Ifollow is working perfectly on what is my first use of the feature. Is this helped by super fast fibre or are you all on decent speeds yourselves? edit, seen the post about 80 MBps above. Well... maybe good to be an exile for once, avoiding the bandwidth overload up in Norfolk Edited September 19, 2020 by GenerationA47

I'm on superfast, connected via an Ethernet cable, used to streaming multiple video apps (got three kids, it's not unusual to have YouTube, Netflix and Amazon Prime streaming simultaneously). But one single football match via ifollow? Nope. Piece of ****. Good job I haven't paid for this crap.

Maybe a neighbourhood bandwidth thing then Nope, I'm regularly streaming multiple videos on several devices at once without issue. Tried disabling all browser extensions, done it via WiFi and a cable, tried it on Chrome, Firefox and Edge, all ****. Curiously it works on my phone, so no idea what the **** is going on. It's a joke though. Annoying that the club persist with this ****, plenty of other clubs have told the circus to **** off and set stuff up independently. Sideshow Tim 110 Posted September 19, 2020 I have to say, apart from being charged when I shouldn't be, the stream is superb and they've sorted the commentary issues from last week. Shame about the performance so far though!

GJL Mid-Norfolk Canary 1,735 Posted September 19, 2020 This is just bull$hit. ...surely they could have just streamed this via youtube via the club's channel rather than whatever this cr@p platform is
canarydan23 4,060 Posted September 19, 2020 Touch wood again mine is still working. They must have seen my posts and fixed it, not wanting to upset a VIP like me.
Wacky Waving Inflatable Arm Flailing Tube Man 3,777 Posted September 19, 2020 Two short spells of buffering- ten seconds in the first half and probably about thirty in the second- but fine apart from that. Not perfect, but I'd have taken that before kick off, given how iffy iFollow can be.
