Just over 5 weeks to the start of the season...

wonder when the fixtures will be out

Thery normally come out about 4 weeks after the season finishes with the play-off finals, but presumably it is going to be quicker than that! Unless the threatened legal action by Charlton et al over Sheffield Wednesday happens.

At least it won’t be Fulham away! Will be eagerly looking for the derby fixture....oh wait.

Yep, it'll be a few seasons before Kings Lynn are up there with us.

Little King's Lynn in the Premier League! Now that will be something...

"The Canaries versus The Linnets"......Now that's got a lovely ring to it......

It would also (and if it wasn't for this awful pandemic) have made an excellent 2020/21 pre-season friendly at Carrow Road.

I for one (and certainly many other Canary and Linnets supporters) would have attended....A guaranteed healthy attendance and for us to then maybe donate a good financial percentage of the gate receipts to assist our Norfolk Neighbours?....

Both sets of support mixing and socialising in the local pubs pre and post game.....Sadly not to be....but hopefully maybe sometime in the not too distant future?......

We didn't seem to play at all whether we were away of at home behind closed doors, but thats a sensible shout as we're all hoping fans will return sooner or later

We're usually away on opening (and final) games of the season and often to a northern team. I'm guessing Stoke or Huddersfield away.  First game of the season is always an anomaly and reveals absolutely nothing about our prospects for the season so tbh, I'd be glad to get a horrible fixture like that out of the way.

It really does make a difference, especially for us. We're not the loudest or the craziest, but we create a great atmosphere and are very supportive and forgiving as a fanbase, plus when CR gets rocking it is a special place to be. It's no great mystery as to why so many players have enjoyed the peak of their career with us and why historically we've often been great at home and poor away over the years.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed we'll be up to near full capacity again soon after Christmas when the business end of the season starts, if we can keep in touch of the top 6 by then we'll have a great chance.
