Well done to all at the club - an excellent signing of a proven goalscoer (of note!!!!!)

Seconded - 14 goals in 34 prem games is a pretty good strike rate I would say, guess Johansson will find himself wide right now if Thorne keeps his place. Would love to think we have also done a deal with Colchester for Halford to join us in the Summer but I suppose if they get promoted they will not be selling him.

£3.5million seems somewhat pricey to me too. Although the BBC website says " the Baggies receive a guaranteed £2.75m with the remainder dependent upon appearances".

But
if he gets us the goals that turn us into a competitive

team again, then it''s money well spent. Time will tell. Good luck to

the wee fella.

Now if only we had bought a right midfielder/winger to provide him with some service...

should ensure wavering fans will sign up for season tickets - good quality buy on the pitch and good business sense off it - expect to see 17-19,000 season ticket renewals - hopefully full houses next season.

Now if we could only sort out the service, the dodgy right side of midfield, the amount of dead wooded players, the leaky defence and the de-motivated goalkeeper we''ll be allrite....Oh and I almost forgot the tactically inane manager....

BBC Sport can reveal that Rob Earnshaw is on the Norwich

team bus on the way to their game at Reading. He has not signed yet,

but is set to complete his move later, and is already getting to know

his new team-mates.Good work Earnie. Good work Worthy!
