Godfrey, Hanley and Zimmermann are all more than good enough for the Championship. If Godfrey goes, he will be replaced. If nobody wants to take Klose off our hands, he'll be on the books for another two years. At the moment he looks utterly shot, but there's no reason why he couldn't do a job as a squad player at Championship level. Plus we have Famewo as a backup beyond that. Godfrey will almost certainly go, Hanley's injury record over the past 2 seasons has been poor, Zimmermann has been injured most of this season and won't be ready for the start of next. That leaves er Klose who quite frankly is pretty dreadful. I think supporters should rightly think think the club should be prioritising centre backs.
