Chase could not Afford and the club had debt so he ..........sold it

Watling could not afford it .and the club had debt ..........sold it

Delia could not afford it and we nearly went out of Business = i will turn it into self funding so i can stay in control ,And Not invest any More Money in it

that is why i dislike the way Delia and Hubbie Run the Club

i do not Hate them after all they have done but if you can not afford a business move over like others have done in past

Exactly!

Chase didn't choose to sell. He was forced to sell.

Watling chose to sell.

Delia and MWJ choose not to sell unless it's to someone who they believe is in the best interests of the club.

What's wrong with that?

Because i believe the lack of investment That they can provide at Key times is Not there

also What they Believe is the best for the club is Their Opinion ,

a lot of fans Believe they are not what is best for the club

Because They own it and will not put it up for sale there is a stalemate

If you can not afford a the fuel for a Bentley you Don't own one

Nothing, if you ignore the fact that she now states that she will not sell at all, but instead pass the club on to family as an heirloom.

"Take it, or leave it."

Does she? (I see it's back to her again).

The last I heard them say was...

Their first consideration is the best interests of the football club

Money for them is not a consideration.

They love our football club too much to ever stand in the way if the right person came along to buy our club and make it better.

So now they leave it to Stuart Webber, Zoe and Ben to sort out and to advise them if there's something really good. But if it isn't really good they're not interested.

The succession is whatever is best for the football club. It's not something they've decided upon but it's on their radar.

If there's a majority of fans believe they are not in a position to know what's best for the club then we'll certainly hear about it.

For me, there's no one I can think of better placed to make that judgement.

That reply was to Broady. That was the last thing I heard Delia & MWJ say about the matter. It's not my feelings.

This love in has all the hallmarks of a MIlls and Boon novel, but lacking even the literary skills exhibited in those publications

Well perhaps it should be "Fifty Shades of Yellow," instead then

On one extreme there's the blue ones and on the other end the green ones. I did 'O' level art at school .., Banksy had nothing on me.

Most of us, whilst not being shady, lie somewhere in between.

So is the slight disdain for the ownership because Delia is a woman or not?

Rather her than Karen Brady, who I think is a woman.

More like a (yellow) Robin Reliant.

That was dodgy at corners as well apparently.

Del Boy or Delia girl, takes your pick.

Our beloved club matriarch and her hubster's high hopes and continuing wishes/intentions, are maybe and as part of our Club's 'project,' to long continue as a close like minded and thinking family and friends controlled run thing....Maybe it's not dissimilar on how some close like-minded and thinking family and friends that regularly post on here, also have similar high hopes and continuing wishes/intentions for the Pink 'un forum to be controlled by them, in a more or less, same way.....? 😉

Get the club analogy but who on earth could you be thinking of on the forum? A job for any budding detectives out there to solve.

Shame they said they have no intention of selling and don’t even listen to offers when interviewed on Sky Tv then.

It was the interview with Gary Neville prior to the Watford home game on Sky TV this season. The Times interview with Henry Winter was earlier but the same position by the owners as in the Sky interview.

That is my point and what i disagree with

Delia and MWJ  think that handing the club to Someone with far less Wealth than themselves is best for the Football club

Instead of putting it up for sale ,

i would like to see a poll of who would agree Tom is the best way Forward
