I meant with their parent clubs or other clubs who could be persuaded to sign them. Most of them we wouldn't have been able to sign permanently even if we'd wanted to. Its just not true to say you only get 80% from loan players. We often got more commitment from loan players than permanents. Off the top of my head... Lansbury, Barnett, Pacacheco, Naughton, Garrido, Dijks, Gunn, Reed, Leitner and Rhodes all gave more commitment than some permanents. Fair enough, got the wrong idea. Those you list only a few held a regular place. We just have different thoughts on our loan players, but the reality for me is our young players have outshone the loan players reinforcing my belief it’s better to bring in young hungry potential into the academy and bring them through even if they are young then loan.💚💛👍 Edited June 22, 2020 by Indy

I thought Lansbury, Barnett, Naughton, Garrido, Dijks, Gunn, Reed, Leitner and Rhodes held a regular place and did really well when they were on loan. Only Pacheco didn't and I wish I'd never put him (for spelling reasons). So I'll drop him and bring in Dorrans.
