We suck vs Soton. It's been that way for decades. That's the only silver lining I can think of.

I will still be watching and hoping versus Everton.

We are all gluttons for punishment.

Pitch looked in pretty good condition considering the dry weather we've had. Ignoring the recent rain, of course.

Probably Tim Krul will be Positive and we will lose him for a week.

Even I can't find a positive to take away from that performance, not sure where to start tbh so perhaps best I dont

I did not have to walk back to my car and fight my way through the traffic to get home, and not having to drive meant that I did not have the car radio on which in turn meant I did not have to listen to Canary Call, I got an idea of what Portaloo Rd looks like on match day and I loved the Fashanu banner in the River End, so all in all quite a few positives.......

If I had to genuinely pick a positive, it is that Klose played the full 90mins after his terrible injury and looked as fit as the rest of the squad. Make of that what you will.

Other than that... It was another terrible performance in an important game to add to the list this season. No positives to be taken. We looked unfit, unorganised and outclassed man for man.

We stand a good chance of keeping Godfrey after that?

Watching the third goal and seeing Godfrey defend square-on to Redmond who was so blatantly going to shift it would have been comical if it wasnt for the fact it was our player on our team, in a relegation battle.

I enjoyed my Haddock  and Chips , fetched by my beloved, normally dont really enjoy my food if a city game is on as I watch the game insread of concentrating on my grub. As it arrived just as the first goal went in, I dallied for a few mins to watch our gutsy reaction to conceding, it never came, so I rnjoyed my food instead. Would have preffered cold fish and chips at full time and scintillating performance though.

I'm just glad to see that Keith Scott and the rest of the ghouls made it through the Covid disaster unscathed. Small mercies and all that.

Positive 1. No VAR decisions went against us.

Positive 2. I have Danny Ings in my Fantasy Football team-12 points 👍👍👍
