Good Reads (Non-Norwich)

Recommended Posts

It seems in the absence of football, some interesting stuff has been written. A week or so ago I found myself reading an ESPN article about Mark Viduka which I found surprisingly interesting. Just now I have read a similarly interesting article on BBC of all places by Ruud Gullit. Thought I would share, even though neither are Norwich related

I read the Gullit article myself last week - an excellent read; very interesting.

Thanks for the links. 👍

For excellent journalism i read The Athletic for great insights into the world of football.

I particularly enjoyed the article about football players who look great in training but cannot emulate the same skills and performance  in a game with a full stadium. It was suggested that some players who suffer from playing a match may well excel with no fans.

Worth reading and subscribing to.

Can't remember right now. I would have to trawl through the articles. Hope you can find it. Really fascinating.
