Pugin 601 Posted June 16, 2020 Kevin Friend has long been my favourite PL ref. It strikes me as odd that he referees City, bearing in mind that he attended school in Taverham. However, he is a big Leicester Tigers fan, so I guess that his declared allegiances lie with his new home, rather than where he spent part of his childhood. I suspect he has a great fondness for City, but subconsciously he compensates against us. I watched him very closely in the two pre-season friendlies at the Carra. He reffed one and was fourth official in the other. I think he loves his returns to Norwich. Let's hope he has a great performance on Friday. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
