This Friday Craig will be sentenced for contempt of court. He will be the fall guy, although he did not mention one for the complainants/perjurers by name, he will be punished for all the other journalist who did mention names, such as Dani Gravelli and Kirsty Wark.

There is no test for jigsaw identification except in the three judges minds, they can cobble it up as they see fit, not forgetting that they all do know the names and are 'involved' in the pre conception they claim Craig has put into people's mind.

Craig has repeated his public poll and the results are stark. Looks like he will take this further as he has done nothing at all. This nothing at all resulted in the judges charging him over 160.000 so far, trying to shut him up by bankrupting him.

Yes, the principle does seem wrong, doesn't it? Essentially, someone can accuse you of a crime, the courts find you are not guilty of the accusations made, but the accusers get to hide their identity. I could understand that with certain crimes of a personal nature it might be right to withhold the accuser's names before and during the trial and after if there was a guilty verdict, but not when there is a not guilty verdict returned. The court claimed that revealing the identity would discourage accusers coming forward in other cases, but then how about the need to discourage false accusers from coming forward? That point is not addressed.

I have listened in to today' s  proceedings, another two judges and their top judge Lady Dorrian, postponing the date of when Craig should be jailed by another day. Tomorrow at 10 am he will be informed of their decision via a letter.

This letter was written by Nadira, Craigs wife and mother of his last two children, it explains that Craigs past matter as much as the made up political biased charge of contempt. Jigsaw identification is not something they have a test for and you cannot identify the full picture from one single piece. but  the naming of complainants by Kirsty Wark and Dani Garavelli provided much identity to some of the accusing perjurers.

Lady Dorrian will rue the day she accused Craig of this weird undertaking, she, knowing the names and deeds of the complainants in this politically motivated trial, should have excused herself letting a different judge handle it, she was part of the jigsaw herself.

the Saga continues as the FCO's youngest and most promising ambassador is hung out to dry. Lady Dorrian is now trying to make out that those online journalists not employed by moguls such as Murdoch are not 'approved'/accredited journalists before the law.

She is trying to put a wedge between those paid online for what they write and those who write for paid for newspapers, exactly what Levenson rejected. Craig was refused leave to appeal to the supreme court but given enough time to bring an appeal. She is rightly confused and her actions speak volumes.

You would think 'professional' journalists would be held to a higher standard and not the other way around. 

Though it really demonstrates why laws should apply to everyone equally and not selectively. 

There is a similar case in Australia where an online journalist, Avi Yemeni, who does have proper journalistic credentials gets visited by the police at home and warned not to report on certain events or face arrest, while mainstream journalists receive no such threats. 

This is a worldwide attack on freedom of speech.

This morning, Craig Murray presented himself to police Scotland to be jailed on trumped up charges by an angry judge Leeona Dorrian. He is the first person to be imprisoned ever for 'jigsaw identification'. Lady  Dorrian lied when she said that CM 'relished identifying the complainers, when it was she herself who eluded to one of them in the Spectator case. Regardless of Kirstie Wark/the BBC and or Sky tv's expose of two of these complainers, it is only CM who was prosecuted, with evidence to the MSM complicity clearly shown in a poll of 5000, some 89% of people asked identified the MSM as providing evidence to the identity, not Craig on his blog.

This untenable situation will today and in future be expressed by many and a crowdfunder is to be set up to fight this unjust revenge/seeking of promotion by an unaccountable unbalanced judge in the EU courts, as the Westmonster Supreme court rejected his appeal to his incarceration.

Today is a terrible day for Craig Murray, for journalism, for freedom of speech, for accountability, and for the integrity and reputation of Scottish justice. But it’s also a terrible day for victims of sexual assault and rape, and for that everyone involved, from the First Minister and her fellow conspirators down, should hang their heads forever in shame.

Well I wish her and those complainers as the complicit Government, that the sovereign people of Scotland will sort you out one day for daring to imprison innocent journalists for being careful and concerned about what they publish.

And here she is, Mrs. Revenge, who wants to dispense with jury's in all trials of sexual accusations, one wonders why, she was not very successful in the past.

Nobody seems to be concerned that Lady Dorrians judgement has split journalism/free speech, making the corporate compliant media able to get away with naming the yet to be judged perjurers who were found winging by a majority jury of their peers, whilst bloggers who jump through hoops and over hurdles to comply with IPSO code clause 11, can be taken down and send to jail for contempt of court.

Nobody in the NUJ or the the great unwashed MSM has the guts to even point out this horrendous implication this judgement has for journalism on the whole. Lets go back nearly a hundred years and look at the brave journalists who voiced their opposition to Hitler, Martin Gruber, Erhard Auer, Edmund Goldschagg, Julius Zerfass and others. They were the reporters and editors of the Munich Post, who faced – and, later, met – imprisonment, concentration camps, and systematic genocide.

There is nobody making any noises about the implications to free speech today.

Kenny Macaskil, MSP for East Lothian and a former Justice minister wrote an article in 'the Scotsman' calling the judgement against Craig Murray 'vindictive'. Well, if it is vindictive, is it also malicious?

Craig is now in prison for two weeks and he is able to receive post. The campaign to free his name in this vindictive political prison sentence and stop the precedent it sets for all bloggers and alternative news media, will carry on to the EUHRcourts, once all means here have been exhausted.

Craig has been denied to wear civilian cloth to meet his visiting family/ children, whilst he is allowed to wear it in his cell. He asked to get a tag release application and or date and was denied something other prisoners who'd done severe crimes are considered for.

Craig has now sat in jail for a quarter of his political prison sentence, should he get the usual reduction for being a good boy in there.

They have denied him stamps, as they could be used as currency to buy drugs, the Gov' says, equally the books send to him, for the same reason, as paper can be infused and be smoked, blah blah. Craig resolved the latter issue by donating them to the prison library, from which he is allowed to receive them now, so as long as the prison library is in charge of dispersing impregnated pages, all is well...😂

Craig, because he is a civil prisoner, not a criminal inmate, has no right to get a tag and spent the rest of his four month in home detention, he has to carry on carrying on.

As a civil prisoner who has a serious problem with getting dizzy to the point of passing out, he has had his oxygen meter removed by the prison authority, it shows him when his oxygen is low and he needs ambulant attention. They said that the battery inside it could be used to start a fire.... ycnmiu.

But, then consider this article from the SPS, the Scottish Prison Service. Wanting to combat smoking in prison they spent 150.000 on 7500 e starter kits for inmates, with juice and chargers and BATTERIES.

What does that make the removal of his oxy meter? Is it deliberate policy to destabilize the health of civil prisoners? Or is it another form of judicial revenge meted out to Craig Murray.
