Coconut rice is divine, although pineapple rice runs it a close second.

Ate a lot of Crocodile fried rice when I was out in Thailand and Cambodia - surprisingly tasty - Crocodile meat tastes like a kind of meaty prawn.

Got a birthday card last year and when I opened it a load of rice fell out.

It was from Uncle Ben.

My favorite is Chinese Fried Rice, my neighbor showed me the recipe when I was living in my property in Athens. It should be served hot as a side dish for meat or fish dishes. It would be very tasty!

Egg fried rice if I’m having Chinese, keema rice if I’m having a curry and Batchelors chicken flavour Super Rice (with the peas taken out before it’s cooked) if I’m cooking at home.
