Well, as it's a friday , I will be having a  couple of beers , maybe more if celebrating or god forbid, drowning my sorrows.

What I'd hate to see more than anything is the same old faces back again on here, so come on city, keep the doom mongers off this board and put three points on the board for us.

I’ll second that.

Shame it overshadowed a quite brilliant goal by Dean Ashton.

And a brilliant display by the Marines, absailing and hand to hand combat.

It was indeed a superb goal by Ashton, it’s the goal I remember him by the most I think.

I know every City supporter hates it, but I loved Delia’s Oliver Reed/Keith Moon moment haha 🍷

I remember it, I was living in Lesby Avenue at the time.

There's a racehorse called that.

Not owned by Delia although it does have certain performance similarities with the Club she owns.

It has run 25 times and only managed 3 wins.

The last time it ran (19th Feb 2020) it was 100/1 and came 16th out of 16 runners.

The race cooments for the horse read as follows -

"Always towards rear, ridden and weakened after 4 out, tailed off"

Coincidence or omen?
