Midlands Yellow 3,975 Posted February 8, 2020 The Marsden colliery band (near Huddersfield) are right up there in my personal opinion. Saw them in 97 when on a hiking holiday and have followed them ever since. I know Norfolk isn’t famous for its coal mines but has anyone else had the pleasure of listening to a live set elsewhere? Young Blood Brass Band are also good. The Broken Brass Ensemble from Holland were a lot of fun at the Arts Centre when I first saw them.
