NFN FC 1,142 Posted February 2, 2020 Miracles happen all the time so why not!? I would rather enjoy the faces of the away fans. There are very few teams that I get the satisfaction of them losing unexpectedly to an underdog more than Liverpool. And we've already beat one this season, why not the another? Derry Quay 2 Posted February 2, 2020 4 really tough games coming up. Avoiding a humiliation against Liverpool would be a great start . Would love to give Sheffield a tonking at their place and kick on from there against Southampton and Everton, both winnable.
Yellowhammer 92 Posted February 2, 2020 Yes we will beat them if we score at least six

Maybe we could recall Jeremy Goss to smack in another peach into the corner, a la the last day of the Kop! Some Pool fans still haven't forgiven that one! 😁😁
Beetley Yellow 57 Posted February 2, 2020 (edited) Liverpool haven’t been playing that well in chunks of games recently. Which seems stupid to say it with them 22 points clear, but both Wolves and Southampton were very much in their games against them and should have led. If they have a dodgy first half and we can create and finish some chances (we seem ok at the former, crap at the latter just now) and defend for our lives (as per Man City), who knows? Concede in the first 5 mins and it could be a very, very difficult watch. Edited February 2, 2020 by Beetley Yellow

paul moy 235 Posted February 2, 2020 Yes it would be typical that we win this game to deny Liverpool their unbeaten run....... we are due some luck to go with our excellent play.
