No problem, The one who looks like the Crankie can have another Independence vote as she didn't like the first result, sever all ties with Westminster,, no cherry picking mind, stand on its own two feet and join the EU. Entry can be fudged and bail outs are only a bit crippling. It will feel like a proper holiday though spending Euros up there. What exactly is the same about N.I.? Thread still needs moving. Well you asked who was broken hearted about it and I told you - the Scots. Fair enough if you're happy for them to become independent, I am too for that matter - as far as I'm concerned it's entirely up to them whether they want to carry on as part of the UK shambles or take their chances 'on their own' but inside the EU. But the fact remains that they are a country that is very unhappy about being dragged out of the EU to become a province of the UK again. What is the same about the NI is that they are also a country that wants to remain in the EU and is also being dragged out to become not even a full province of the UK but more like an overseas colony of the UK. On the upside though, they don't have to go it on their own to escape the UK, they will re-unite with their neighbours and automatically re-enter the EU.
