TWTD Having Yet Another Meltdown.

Recommended Posts

If they win tonight Scumbert will be knocking on Mucus’ door for another contract extension. They could rocket up to 4th tonight .

Not even the Binners could lose at Wimbledon on a Tuesday night .

No, not even the Binners could manage that feat - we could (and did) but Ipswich are in a different class. 🤣

For them to make the playoffs three from Rotherham, Wycombe, Peterborough, Coventry, Portsmouth, Sunderland, Oxford and Doncaster have to miss out.

If I was unfortunate enough to be a binner I'd be worried about finishing top half.

What say you Jubswick?

I had us 5th at the start of the season, although I thought Norwich would finish at least a couple of places above relegation, so what do I know.

I see portmanking is around. If you bump into him could you please explain how Norwich fans paid his debts for him.

With FIFTEEN matches remaining our L1 winning points tally of 95 is already out of their reach. 🤷‍♂️

Yes but that’s all in the past . You know the Binners HATE talking about the past .

Surely it's thirteen though, as Bury dropped out of the league?

Indeed. I’d overlooked that. So in the interest of fairness they’d only need to get to 90 points. Which they still can’t, so erm, 🤷‍♂️. You are awarded one pedant point. 😉

The way that they’re going
They’ll soon be League 2

Although fairly unlikely wouldn't it be hilarious if, in a few seasons' time, they were in the same league as Kings Lynn ?

If the team continue with the same investment levels and good management they could certainly be in the same league.

Or failing that Kings Lynn could just get themselves promoted, without waiting for that shower to drop down further!

Shame. Long ways to go but that puts them ninth as things stand and 10th place Burton having a game in hand and 11th place Oxford two. Come on you (two) yellows !  🙂
