Dean Ashton; Deal or No Deal?

Does anybody watch channel 4''s deal or no deal? Well, surely the Dean Ashton situation is exactly like it. For example, if we sell now for 7 million, we will all be thinking can we have got more for him, after he starts scoring for West Ham. Or, if we keep him for now, but his value decreases in the summer, after we don''t get promoted, will we be kicking ourselves that we only got 5-6million (bearing in mind that the player will most probably want to leave for the premiership)? The other side of the coin is that we keep him, he scores another 10-15 goals this season, and we either get promoted or we don''t, and we end up selling him for more than 7-8 million.
