Capt. Pants 4,219 Posted December 3, 2019 I don't think any ambitious coach would want a 6 year contract would they? Really limits your chance of moving on unless it's to a rich club who can afford to pay off the contract. In terms of Webber's replacement they may not want to work with Farke unless they're are young and up and coming with no contacts. I think this quote from Farke has been misunderstood- I believe he said he originally thought he'd want to be a DoF rather than an HC but that has changed since he started coaching.
