The Priest 0 Posted January 25, 2006 With the plethora of betting sites offering free first bets, we could all take them up on their offer and bet that Worthy will still be in his job in a month.If we then agreed to give all the winnings if he was sacked to delia, surely all these winnings would constitute "A silly offer" and delia would have no option but to follow "club policy" and actually sack Worthington to claim the winnings.Alternatively we could bet that Worthy will keep his job until next year, and although this would infuriate a lot of people, we would at least be making money by keeping him.A win, win situation methinks!
