He's trying to ask for people to go easy on you and you have a go! Typical Brexiter.

Not soft. I called it straight away.

Why are you so keen to call penalties against 'your' team?

Am I the only one on the fence for the penalty? Can I see why it was given? Yes. Do I think it was soft and could easily have been over turned? Yes. I'd complain if I didn't get it  as an attacker but complain if it was given against me, so I can't get too excited by it.

I'm with you on this. I'd like to see VAR overturning/give these ones though. VAR seems to only overturn the most blatant of mistakes.

I think we can win this. We just look 'right'this week - completely different to last.

A lot depends on Lady Luck though, as ever.

We knew it would be a season like this. The Prem teams are very physical and at times they are a bit too powerful. But if we can keep the passing shorter and quicker we can overcome the difference.

Thought we looked incredibly dangerous in the last fifteen minutes with Marco finding some really good pockets of space.

Bit of a shame to not have taken any of those chances.

Thought their pen was soft but can see why it was given.

I thought the palace player raised his arm and it hit it directly.

We were clearly the better team towards the end of the half, more of the same , but watching out for them countering, We can beat these.

I don't look at the Brexit thread. Am talking about his football views.

I agree there Hoggo but he was so close I don't think you'll ever see them given ,less than a metre away.

Palace we know will sit now so we may have the better of it in midfield. But concentration hasn't always been our strong suit so I am expecting an equaliser but not ruling out a second for them

Plus it practically hit his shoulder.

We were much better in the last 15 minutes, hope we haven’t missed the chance there, they were arguing with each other towards the end, if Hodgson doesn’t give them a rocket we’ve got a great chance second half.

Amadou clearly isn't afraid to carry on making big tackles in the penalty box.

Love the way the commentator tells us how good the atmosphere “always is here” all I can hear is City fans
