Rossi 0 Posted January 26, 2006 Most fans i have spoken to would like young players to come into the squad who have proven themselves at a lower or the same level. Players like Halford, Danns,McSheffrey,Jerome and so on. My issue is that one of the biggest fans'' complaints about Worthy is his reluctance to use youth.Players like Ryan, Rossi, Shacks, Hendo should have gone or should go on long loans to lower clubs to gain expereince. Then they could have come back and performed and kept their positions instead of a game and then a disappearance act.I think that this club is all about buying or bringing on young talent and selling them a few years down the line. We may not like it, but thats where we are at. It just seems like our youth products just get older with very little experience being added, then when their contracts run out they disappear on a free.If Theo Walcott was at Norwich would he have played a first team game ?
