NICK07 1 Posted September 16, 2019 Oh i do love the ticket website, not !!! 😡 I had two tickets in the Regency Security Stand Block PL for the Aston Villa home match in my basket, updated the tickets onto two separate membership cards all ok. Went to pay for them, put in all the card details all ok, clicked on pay now and it came up with an error message saying check you are logged in, which i clearly was. Tried this three times, no joy. then it says i have no tickets in my basket. Ended up not getting any tickets for the match, not happy !!! 🤬

daly 500 Posted September 16, 2019 My ticket is in the buy back system so if they sell out it will go on sale its in the South Stand near the center circle.
Block Y Seat 176 80 Posted September 16, 2019 I hope for your sake Villa return some of their allocation. That how I got a ticket for Newcastle. There did seem less pressure on the system today as the initial screen showed tickets in most areas. I usually head for upper tier Barclay and the section I clicked on had a dozen or so seats. It will be interesting if at the end of the season if they review sales and purchases by Premier Members whilst addressing concerns from fans who feel aggrieved with the present one. As we both do. TIL 1010 4,722 Posted September 16, 2019 (edited) Very slightly off the topic of Villa tickets but a friend of mine who refused to pay the £50 membership has been offered two tickets for Palace away by somebody. This somebody went online with his own and a friends supporter number and was lucky enough to get two tickets. However the friend of his did the same thing at the same time with the same two supporter numbers and also ended up with two tickets. So 4 tickets purchased with only two supporter numbers. Nothing underhand in it and no deception just a desire that one or other of them might get lucky in the mad scramble that saw the game sold out within the hour. How on earth did the system allow that to happen ? Edited September 16, 2019 by TIL 1010

No idea but both supporter numbers have been issued with two tickets which surely should not happen as it is one per supporter number !
nutty nigel 7,509 Posted September 16, 2019 Agreed this shouldn't happen but to sell them on also shouldn't happen. Surely they should return them so that whoever ends up with them has them credited to their account as a purchase? Otherwise the person who actually pays for them doesn't have them counted towards whatever system is used next season.
Big Vince 318 Posted September 16, 2019 All these shenanigans could be avoided if the Suffolk Socialists either put up the money to build a 14,000 seater City Stand plus add a 5,000 seater gallery to the South Stand or, sell the club to someone who will put up the money, or dilute their shareholding to bring such an investor on board. nutty nigel 7,509 Posted September 16, 2019 Everyone thinks you're a wind up merchant this season Vinnie. I like the ones who cuddled up in bed with you this time last season 👩❤️👩
NICK07 1 Posted September 30, 2019 Well after failing this morning to get any tickets for Man United, at the second attempt I managed to get tickets this afternoon for Aston Villa. I guess with the returned tickets you just need to be lucky, as these were on sale at 2pm, when I thought any returned tickets would appear at 9am one morning of the week of the match. Branston Pickle 3,638 Posted September 30, 2019 (edited) I think the returns go up as and when - no set date, which seems fairest tbh, given there’s not usually that many. I dropped lucky that way for a ticket for my son v Citeh (had missed out on the initial Monday sale) Edited September 30, 2019 by Branston Pickle

Chief stoker 21 Posted October 2, 2019 I was lucky enough to acquire one this afternoon, so they do keep becoming available, you just have to persevere I’m afraid
