This is spurious nonsense, there is a time when a manager has to go when he cannot take you any further because he can no longer absorb knowledge which will make him a better manager.  Worthy has proved he cannot learn by his mistakes.  The evidence is overwhelming he should not be at this club.

I just think we have our own ''Gary Megson'' a limited work ethic style manager.  Who seems unable to see anything apart from athletic abilities in players.

Remember untill we signed Huckerby on loan we were 12th in the division.  We now have an very much different team to the one that got promoted (especially if green goes) - hence why we are not in the fold again.  At least Megson managed to keep his team together to acheive a 2nd promotion following relegation.  Even if managing in the premiership was proven above his level. Hopefully worthy will at least be able to push us into the play-offs.

No 9 - Bly, While the article has merit as long as a manager continues to learn, I trust you did not miss the concluding sentence in the article, which is what a lot of us are debating:

"Sometimes a manager does need to be changed. He can get stale, the players under him can get stale and when that happens the only option is to get rid of him."

Might we be told who actually signed Huckerby or who assembled the team that ''got promoted''. Why yes, the pantomime villain himself - Nigel Worthington.

Now up until recently it is said that many of the more rural areas of Norfolk still believed in mythical beings - evil doers such as ''Old Shuck''.

Whilst it may be hard to find any evidence of such beliefs out in the real world this superstitious behaviour still seems to still linger on - regular manifesting itself on the Pinkun web forum.
