drop the 4-3-3 worthy until safs gets back.safs is the only player who can properly play the centre holding role to a top standard.  playing right side doesn''t suit jj or dicko. charlie has played well in the formation left side, when we''re defending, but imo is not as effective if we need to chase games or press to win. once again worthy is guilty of trying to get players to fit into a system or position they are not comfortable with. no wonder yesterdays performance was mostly average.  indifferent performances could in turn impact on the players confidence and we won''t win enough games to reach the playoff''s - no one want''s that.4-3-3 lost us the preston match and if plymouth had converted their chances first half, the game could have been over by half time.please nigel, leave it alone until you have the right personnel to play the system.

the answer to your question is whoever we play right wing presently is playing out of posi.  we have nobody of the proper standard to play there. a right winger should be no.1. top position in jan transfer window.
