If you normally buy the News of the World on Sundays - - don't if you support England.

These guys are shocking; what ever you think of Sven he is in charge and will be at the World Cup, so why not allow him and his player’s proper preparation time. I''m sure that they have backed the 4 weeks at the end of the season so that the team can prepare and rest? So why contradict themselves with this nonsense!

I agree with certain aspects of expose by the media, but this is a complete waste of everybody’s time. They would rather sell a few thousand more papers than actually get behind the team.

Everyone knows that:

1. Michael Owen wanted to go to Liverpool.

2. Wayne Rooney is from a poor area.

3. Aston Villa is for sale.

4. Mourhinio earns £5m a year

5. Sven has quite a high opinion of himself.

All ''those'' leading questions by the NOTW just illustrate their desperation to try and snare the Sven.

Show how you feel by purchasing a different Sunday paper, or even donate the money to charity or by the kids some sweets.

If you don''t like Sven, which I''m sure many don''t just imagine for a minute that we have a manager that you do like, and the same thing happens, because it undoubtedly would, papers get bored.

End of rant

agree with you ed - the news of the world arranged a ''business meeting'' with sven  and so no one should be surprised to hear of sven floating money making ideas he may have for the future.  I saw the deputy editor on tv saying how shocking it was to hear of sven talking like this when he is under contract until 2008.  If another paper approached him with a double your salary offer, would he say ''no sorry i''m under contract?'' not on your life, he would - nuff said.

I have been a regular NOTW reader for the last year or so - only because of reasonable football coverage, but I bought my last copy this Sunday just gone. Why? As you''ve all said this crappy little piece of entrapment of Sven (in World Cup year!) is pretty outrageous. From now on I shall be buying a better quality Sunday paper, which hopefully is written along more ethical and morally correct lines. Besides, I always did feel a bit guilty about helping to support Rupert Murdoch''s vast empire by buying one of his "rags". Wouldn''t it be wonderful if football fans now boycotted the Murdoch press in their thousands?

I agree. These papers are full of nonsense. If you want good football coverage buy the Times.

I have not bought the Sun / Mirror since they both had a close-up picture of Marc Vivien Foe lieing dead in the middle of the football pitch. I thought that to be in very bad taste and disrespectful and was only done for shock value.

"The News of the Mould!"

I wouldn''t touch it - even if I was wearing a surgical mask and gloves! My reading matter finances are currently spent on various quality reading material, such as: Shoe''s and boot''s fetish monthly magazine, Hustler, Fiesta, Daily & Sunday Sport, Whipping Weakly (with special feature ''masochist''s should be given a fair crack of the whip! plus a free gift, of a pocket size booklet ''The Folly of floggin!''), ''Big Lasses in Glasses'' featuring as centre spread; ''Myopic Marian'' and her Lustin'' after the lens adventure! Just a small indication of what I read, that keeps me in touch with the real world!

Anyone who purchases "The News of the World", is in serious and desperate need of medical help! Be normal like me folks, and stick to cultured and informative reading matter........and leave the ''News of the Mould'' to the mentally challenged sicko ''pervies!'' ;~)

Although, I do on occasion flick through the NOtW in the newsagents........But, I certainly wouldn''t buy it!

It''s Porn just pure porn! Disgraceful! Harumph!
