Diane 498 Posted August 15, 2019 Very sad news to hear very early this morning that Dave has died in a tragic accident late last night. Met him at our first ncfsc event 4 years ago and dont think he has missed many since, a real character, a good friend who will be missed. Here's Dave ( on left) at our Casino Night with Anita, Ian, Alison

Lessingham Canary 99 Posted August 16, 2019 Really sad news, the only person i have ever met who could be happy and angry at the same time, rarely missed a match was yellow and green to the core and true to his friends of which he had a great many. RIP David, one of a kind and one of our own.
FenwayFrank 2,425 Posted August 16, 2019 I didn’t know David but I do recognise him as I’m sure plenty of others do too. A minutes applause on 49 minutes when we play Chelsea has been planned I believe

Year of the tiger 51 Posted August 16, 2019 (edited) Dave could drive me mad on the coach especially when he & my husband started agreeing!! Totally passionate about City & Swardeston Cricket Club, I'm glad he at least saw our first game back in the Premier. We'll all miss you on Coach 1 Edited August 16, 2019 by Year of the tiger
