Beatle 0 Posted January 7, 2006 Just spoke to my mate who is in the corporate lounge speaking to Peter Mendham and he was told that Ashton has a ''slight groin strain''!!!!!Oh, there''s a shock, why can''t they just come out and say he''s going instead of taking us all for mugs and thinking we''ll believe that he''s injured.Never got the impression he wanted to be here anyway!!!!!!!!!! CanaryCharlwood 0 Posted January 7, 2006 he''s gone, im sure of it. Worthington is going to make a statement on his future after the west ham match. Bye Bye Deano :(Incidently 0-1 West ham
Ken Aries 0 Posted January 7, 2006 This news is all so depressingly predictable. Let''s just pray that Worthless doesn''t waste the money raised from his sale
Scot-e-dog 34 Posted January 7, 2006 If I were convinced that we could spend £7 wisely, then I wouldn''t have too much of a problem with Deano going. With themoney we could get two decent midfielders, and a young hungry strikerand still have change. Given the lack of service Deano is gettingwith the current side, I think this will actually give us a betterchance of success.Sadly, I have no confidence that Worthington will buy anything but more donkeys. Bye, bye Deano and bye bye play-offs!
