breaker 0 Posted January 7, 2006 Watching Luton''s performance against Liverpool today brought back memories of when Norwich City played bright attacking football with players who were committed every game (even if they weren''t always the most talented - Robert Fleck?).Credit to Mike Newell for playing the way he does - it is very sad that the City board are willing to accept such average football and seem determined to try and kid us supporters that we are watching quality play. lucky green trainers 0 Posted January 7, 2006 I admired luton for giving it a goal - and i struggled to imagine we''d be able to pose a similar threat even at full strength. however alonso''s first goal which looped over an embarrassed beresford smacked of the goal luton scored against us in their 4-2 drubbing. a cross cum shot from the right wing wasn''t it?
