Or Wynton even .

Indeed. And his brother Shane. Both young lads when I played Sunday football for the Prison Officers in Wellington, New Zealand. Had them in my pocket:classic_rolleyes: Wynton was only 16.

He's rated as New Zealand's best ever player Pops so you were awesome

More gruesome I think. Its easy to push and shove before fouling a 16 year old. And then the usual "What me Ref?".

Ron but not Cliff.

I think that is old Smudger Smith with our Ron.

I wonder if, apart from Wembley, that was the biggest crowd we ever played in front of.

You got him Pops. Bobby Smith.

Interesting about the biggest crowd. 67,633 (£9,315) it may well be? Old Trafford in 1967 was 63,000?

And the ref is J.W. Topliss from Grimsby:classic_blink:

I don’t know without looking it up but would guess we’ve played in front of more at Old Trafford last time in the prem and at Cardiff.

Good call Duncan. Us oldies forget the recent stuff🙃

75,000 at OT last time? And we won!
