Eurovision

Recommended Posts

He can be as confident as he likes, sadly our song is ‘ordinary’at best and I fear we’ll have plenty of “null points” again.

Denmark and Sweden, as usual, have been pretty good so far....Netherlands just on and sounds good (in Eurovision terms at least).

Norway for me, though it would be good to see the Czechs win just to have a new winner and hosted from Prague.....

A celebration of camp mediocrity. I haven't watched it for about 50 years (Puppet On A String?). A waste of everyone's time.

They should cut interrupt certain judges and cut them off "Yeah Finland , 12 points to Sweden"

Cyprus and Greece "12 points to each other"

Never has a television competition inflicted so much pain on so many for so little reward.

It's not just camp, it's a bit of a freak show. It is as bizarre as anything on TV.  Fair enough plenty of people like it and I watched some of it - but the Australian thing was as totally "far out" a creation as I have ever seen. Whoever thought that choreography up deserves a medal.  Why Australia are there in the first place is hilarious.

Weird doesn't describe this event - it is just a phenomenon.

The public vote was embarrassing.

Isn't it about time we stop allowing the public to vote on things.😀😉

Just wiki'd Hatari, and although not a fan of the song, they have a good band ethos. Good luck to them.

That will definitely be the last time we watch it,unbelievable what is portrayed as acceptable and normal nowadays. Its not really about the song anymore the sooner we  stop setting people up to fail in a corrupt politically motivated cringeworthy competition the better.

I'd only watch this if all the singers were English. Preferably born within the walls of our fine City.....

bit disappointed with 10th position for Hatari, but it is one of their weaker songs

They are on tour here  next week, I´m going to see them in Reykjavík

Were they the ones that clad themselves in bondage gear, whilst screaming into a microphone all while some guy in the back swung a hammer from side to side?

Worst song of the night if it was them for me, don't even know how that can qualify as music tbh, but hope you enjoy the show, Reykjavik is a great place to visit.
