And to think that they were going into half time of the 2nd leg 2-0 up!!!

How do you concede FOUR goals from that position?

Because it's Leeds. The first team to get beaten (and get knocked out) of the Championship playoffs in the home leg after winning the away game.

Couldn’t have happened to a nicer club.....hope they really fall apart next season and follow the other scum to division 3

Must be a conspiracy!

How do you go from winning the league back in August to this position?

Not a conspiracy, just a city and club that's all mouth and no trousers!😂

At least it's only another 3 months until they win it again.

Any Leeds players worth signing?

Only for witness protection. They might need it after disappointing their knuckle-dragging 'best fans in Europe' yet again.

So, it's either the 5th  or 6th place team that gets promoted. The Play-offs are  great for the neutral 🙂

Leeds have a few good young players who might be worth a look. And they'd benefit from playing for a tactically astute manager like Farke 😂

Bielsa 2 Lampard 4

Could never have guessed this result. An amazing season. It keeps giving.

Believe the Leeds owner said he'd have to sell if they didn't go up, and I can't see Bielsa stopping around. Pablo Hernandez at 34 arguably can't match that season again (and seemed to be tiring).

Danny Higginbottom of Sky said in the first game (when Roofe played) that Bogle had two touches in the Leeds half. Bamford just doesn't offer the same threat Roofe does.

Bamford has been absolutely woeful for Leeds since their wheels came off.

His performance today was one of his worst.

Wilson and Mount were monumental in the second half, really impressed with the both of them.

So pleased we didn’t have to go through the play offs, always a strong chance that the one that missed out on the top two wouldn’t recover from it. Feel for any decent Leeds fans but their larger than normal collection of self entitled knuckle draggers get what they deserve. So now we have two teams that basically contributed very little to the season as a whole, never remotely challenged for the top two, playing for a place in the PL. whichever team goes up I would fancy us to finish above next season.

His type of game Ricky. I still miss him.

Love his endeavour and commitment, but he's not mobile enough and not good enough with the ball for me (and never was). Having said that, Huddlestone made him look like a whippet, that man has the turning circle of an artic.

At least they get the big West Yorkshire derby next season now Huddersfield are back in the championship.
