I’ll take that point all day long 👏🏻👏🏻😃 changes needed to the starting line up Friday though

I said I’d have settled for that beforehand, even more so given the way it played out.  Keeps us 2+ games clear of third with 4 to play.

Clearly something isn’t quite right in the setup with Todd in for Emi, hopefully DF can realise for Friday.

If we play that team against Wednesday we're going to be in all sorts of problems. We've just thrown away 4 points against relegation fodder, games that we were all saying were banked wins. Well we can't afford to show loyalty to players who aren't performing, and Mclean/Cantwell are not performing right now. If Farke doesn't change the team for Friday we won't win.

Did that look onside to anyone else?

I’d have been fuming if it were us

Take that. Hopefully we'll start with a different midfield on Friday.

Be nice to get ahead and not chase the game.

6 points from 4 games now - 3 on Friday and you can almost smell the money!

Not the end of the world, you cant keep straight wins going indefinitely. Just hope this isnt a greater dip in form just at the wrong time.

Sure Leeds have gained some ground but Sheffield Utd (which is the most important one really) only drew yesterday.

To go up all we have to do is equal their results. And even if we dont, they've got a big margin to close 7 points, with only 12 available.

No. He was just beyond the last man but we've seen them not given. But then again it wasn't a penalty either in the first half.

When you play lowly sides at this time in the season they are scrapping for their lives and start playing well. That is part of the story last two games. Give credit where it is due Wigan were well organised and went for it

No way was it a pen (no matter what the idiot on sky says) but Wigan were worthy of the lead.

Positives are we never ever give up and have a clinical striker. Pukki most definitely POTS.

Hopefully these 2 draws will see a change in starting line up. Replacing Emi was always going to be tough but I don’t think there can be an argument that Cantwell just isn’t as effective as either Vrancic or Leitner. If it means moving players around then I hope that’s what happens, we can’t keep leaving our best players on the bench

Will take that point.

On to Friday and a good home win for a promotion party in the stands at Stoke in Easter Monday

Two games over Easter against teams with nothing to play for. Wednesday looked woeful against Leeds and Stoke have been poor all season. Massive opportunity now to seal promotion in those games. We must start with the best we have available, Leitner and Vrancic to be in the team

Could easily have lost so a good point.

If you can't win, don't lose. Take a point, although three would have kept the laundry bills down.😀

Glad we could come away with a point but agree with the posters when it comes to starting Leitner and Vrancic next game, we just look far more assured on the ball when they are on, onwards to Sheffield Wednesday!!!

Leeds, Sheff, and us all looking a little bit jittery as the finish line appears. All playing teams fighting for their lives so no big surprise how it's turning out.

But has to be obvious to Farke that the team needs to change for the final games and bring on experienced lads from the start.

Need a maximum of 2 wins against 3 sides with nothing to play for ....2 of them at home (rather this not carry on to the Villa game)

....it really would be some balls up to not finish it from here.

If Sheff Utd lose to Forest on Friday lunchtime ...we're up with a win on Friday night (Wednesday would help us wouldnt they?!)

...one game to get through without Buendia....FFS Farke lets get the selection right on Friday

Let's remember that that point was earned on the back of an outstanding Krul save too. Just in case some on here forget and start pointing at him for lost points this season. This is one he definitely gained for us.

This game can be for good if we play finally  our best players on Good Friday.

Good point after this 60 min really bad performance.

+7 must be OK as Sheff also cant win all 4 a little concerned for 1st but the main is promotion to be solved as soon as possible to avoid huge nervosity against Blackubrn or Villa
