The Positive Brexit Thread

Recommended Posts

That's why your guff on here always turns out to be a lie

The £50 claim was not from the Transport ministry - and is a lie, unless you believe motor insurance premiums are set so that the insurers make a loss - only you could be so stupid as to believe that

all that has happened is a ruling from an organisation the UK is no longer a member of has been twisted so as to distract from the massive and costly failings of brexit

and unsurprisingly you are too thick to grasp this

And how about the£billions brexit is forecast cost the country? And at a personal level, what about the costs of brexit red tape like the following example:

Ellie Huddleston, 26, from London, spent £380 on a coat and some blouses in the January sales. However, DPD and UPS asked for additional money to cover customs duties, VAT and extra costs before they would deliver the items. DPD sent her a text message asking for £58 while UPS asked for a further payment of £82, taking her total bill to £520.

I saw that and thought light blue touch paper - stand clear.

Clearly several on here who meet that description.

Of course 'extremism' and intolerance applies to all religions, race, nationalisms as well. They are all cut from the same threadbare  cloth.

the insurance industry has now stated

"“The Vnuk decision introduced the potential that otherwise uninsured risks and costs would have to be met by the UK motor insurance industry"

Shapps had simply stated that it would be a fact, guessed how much might be paid out and then divided that guess to come up with £50

All of which is nonsense

Businesses have public liability which would cover this, and outside of that it would be a civil case of negligence

Unfortunately (as above) extremists like the racist mouse brain are unable to work this out - hence his inability to defend his lie

You will have gone so far over Swindle's head you might be mistaken for a U-2 spy plane. The best he can manage these days is a random emoji or some incomprehensible gabble.

god, you are incredibly thick

The duty free limits are that ..........................limits

Before brexit there were no limits, as long as it was deemed for personal use - remember the booze cruises

Now holiday makers returning to the UK have new limits put on what they can take home

and you call that a bonus !

god, you are incredibly thick

Britain was just first in the queue to leave.  Once the dust settles and the other member states see what changes Brexit brings to EU, their decision on whether to leave or stay will be made.

For the first time in two threads and 5 years, you've made an accurate point, the decision will be made and it will be an easy one.

Don't do what the moronic Brits did.

seeing the UK being stripped of jobs and tax income  is certainly going to bring a cheer to the 27

to paraphrase a line from the film Battle of Britain

" help yourself everybody, there's no sense across the channel "

Not the changes to Britain then? Cause there aren’t any good ones are there, so Britain will be the first - and the last - in the leave EU queue.

This no. 1 ranking didn't make any of those investors that moved to Amsterdam last week think again. Maybe these charts have little relevance to the real world. Follow the money, not the ranking.
