Evening standard reports Delia put some money towards hiring coaches to help transport people down to the march today. I hope that a few quid of that came from Mad Moy’s season ticket 👍

If they vote it down then it's No Deal as the EU have stated no extension.

no that's just another one of your lies

Aside from their stupidity which is usually a source of great amusement for the rest of us, there is still that real concern that that very stpupidity poses a dangerous threat to our democratic way of life

Today we saw an attempt (that would cement Britain’s fate for decades to come)insultingly put to parliament without time for scrutiny, with no Treasury economic impact assessment, and its 553-page legal text only handed to MPs in the morning as the debate begant.

Imagine a trial of a relative or friend being bulldozed through in the some fashion. And yet not only have we not heard any protest fom he bigot side of the argument but we have witnessed actual support for it.

No grasp of the implications, which are frightening enough as it stands but the notion that there would be nothing to ensure what was voted on today would be kept to either.

And they bleat about democracy. One that woud not be accountable nor transparent were this to happen.

Worrying echoes of the past. Fill the heads of the ignorant with conjured up threats and 'bogeymen' so much that they will not pay any heed to what is being enacted as long as it removes those 'dangers'

Yet they tell us they would not be so stupid as to fall for something so obvious this time around - read this thread is my suggestion

Clearly you're behind the news, as well as the times.

Boris has confirmed he will send the letter, and officials within the EU have said that the EU will grant it.

... and France will veto an extension anyway.....

'

FRENCH President Emmanuel Macron has joined forces with Boris Johnson in condemning the Letwin amendment that forces the Prime Minister to beg for a Brexit delay by raging an extension is “in nobody’s interest!”.

'

so it's Deal or No Deal on Oct 31st... LOL

I posted that up earlier

Johnson is irrelevant in this matter as if he has a tantrum then the court simply appoints someone else to sign and deliver it - and it is accepted that the EU will gant an extension

But Moy or whoever is behind this absurd character akready knows this so just posts up idiotic sheite to get a response

Which does serve a helpful purpose as it allow brexiteer thick stuff to be refuted

Otherwise the question is where now for the bigots ? Bertie's various 'cunning plan' have fallen on their ar se while Remain simply move step by step twards ending this nonsense.

Having strung this out long enough so as to hope to bounce it through parliament without the opportunity of scrutiny, they are rather like a dualler who has fired his pistol before the count of ten and now waits helpless while his opponent deides what to do.

Actually the statement said nothing of the sort - it said a delay is "in no-one's interest". It very carefully stopped short of saying it would veto an extension. Solidarity is the fundamental cornerstone of the EU - France may not like it, but they'll tolerate it.

This has all been thought through in the summer.

Only nutters like brexiteers imagine that this sort of stuff is dealt with one day at a time

You wll always get politicis making comment for their own interest, constituency, country etc

that's how it works

Hell with what? Farage's brexit march managed about 15 pensioners, and hundreds of thousands of pro-remain protesters today were met with the fury of.... 27 people who have been practicing their vitriolic assault by shouting at pigeons.

You can't even muster triple digits of people who support brexit to gather together, let alone cause civil unrest.

Bluster meets reality; maybe jail was not an appetizing thought; or his personal interests are all that matters.

Boris Johnson has confirmed in a phone call with the European council president Donald Tusk that he is sending a letter requesting a further Brexit delay beyond 31 October. "

I wonder if Cummings has another "cunning plan", like to send the above letter on November 1st?
