It could be argued that in the interests of football ITFC getting relegated would be a good thing, seeing as they are occupying a space in the championship which could be better used by a team from L1.

Agreed a league system incorporating promotion and relegation is beneficial to the game in this country. But its value is completely independent of the fate of any particular team/club. So no succour for the gloaters there I'm afraid THB!
